Hellfest is one of Europe’s flagship metal festivals, held every June in the small town of Clisson. The site hosts more than 180 bands across six themed stages — Mainstages 1 & 2, Warzone (punk/hardcore), Valley (stoner/doom), Altar (death/grind) and Temple (black/pagan) — offering a comprehensive snapshot of heavy music in one walkable arena. Recent editions have drawn daily crowds in the tens of thousands, mixing legendary headliners with rising names. The next edition is scheduled for 18–21 June 2026.
