Underground Black Pub is a rock and metal bar and live venue in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Active for more than a decade, it combines bar nights, concerts, tribute events and themed rock parties with one of the city’s most heavily decorated rock-bar interiors.
The venue is filled with rock and pop-culture memorabilia, including posters, logos, band images and large display objects throughout the space. Its interior includes a full-size police car, a bus, hanging motorcycles, bicycles and tricycles, as well as large figures of Alien, Jimi Hendrix and Eddie from Iron Maiden. The pub also has a large outdoor seating area and an exterior wall decorated with images of bands such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, The Beatles, Kiss and AC/DC.
Its concert history includes both Brazilian and international names. Artists and bands connected to the venue include Blaze Bayley, Absolva, Dead Fish and Detonautas Roque Clube, while its programme also covers grunge, emo, classic rock and metal events.
