Dinosaur Bar, locally known as Dinozor Bar, is a rock and metal bar in İzmir, Turkey. Located in the Alsancak area of Konak, it is part of the city’s alternative nightlife and has a distinctive frontage marked by a bright green neon logo. The venue also includes an outdoor seating area.
Inside, the bar is decorated with extreme metal logos and imagery, including Deicide, Mayhem, Carcass, Gorefest and Obituary. Its programme includes club nights and concerts, and the venue’s very small stage gives it an intimate live character suited to smaller bands. Performers connected to the bar include Seattlehead and Viva Darkness.
