KEVIN DUBROW’S GRAVE

Kevin DuBrow was the lead singer of the popular heavy metal group Quiet Riot, known for hit songs in the 1980s such as “Cum On Feel the Noize” and “Metal Health (Bang Your Head).” He sang on ten of the band’s releases, including the multi-platinum-selling Metal Health (1983) and the platinum-selling Condition Critical (1984).

On November 25, 2007, DuBrow was found deceased at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Friends had been unable to contact him for a week, and he failed to show up for Thanksgiving dinner hosted by his friend Glenn Hughes. The cause of death was ruled as an overdose caused by a combination of cocaine, the sleeping pill Zolpidem, painkillers, and alcohol. It was also determined that he had died six days before being found. Nevertheless, his grave marker lists his date of death as November 25, 2007.

DuBrow was buried at Pacific View Cemetery in Corona del Mar, California, next to his stepfather Harold Mandell.
