BURG SCHNELLENBERG

Burg Schnellenberg is an old medieval castle located in Germany. In February, Iron Maiden utilized the castle to promote their upcoming album, “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son,” by inviting journalists from around the world to listen to the album and conduct interviews. There is even an TV interview from RTL where Bruce Dickinson and Nicko McBrain engage in a snowball fight with the reporter.

Furthermore, Iron Maiden used Burg Schnellenberg as the backdrop for their promotional photos for “The Evil That Men Do” single. These photos were later featured inside the picture disc of “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son.”

Today, the castle functions as a hotel, complete with a restaurant and bar.
