Hype Park is a live music venue at Kamienna 12 in Kraków, Poland, located in a former railway warehouse complex just north of the Old Town. Opened in May 2021, the site initially operated as a large seasonal cultural and entertainment space combining outdoor concert stages, bars, food trucks and an indoor concert hall.
The idea for Hype Park dates back to 2019, although the COVID-19 pandemic delayed its opening. The original complex covered more than 5,000 square metres and included a main outdoor stage, a smaller alternative stage, covered club areas and the indoor venue Kamienna12.
Kamienna12 occupies two soundproofed industrial halls, with the main concert space accommodating around 900 people. The former railway buildings retain much of their original industrial character, with high ceilings, exposed surfaces and a relatively stripped-back interior. From 2025, Hype Park moved away from the original summer festival format and concentrated more heavily on year-round indoor concerts.
The programme covers electronic music, alternative rock, punk and other styles, with heavy metal forming an important part of the venue’s concert history. Bands that have appeared at Hype Park include Furia, Gaahls Wyrd, Wolves in the Throne Room, Aborted, Crypta, Sólstafir, Arch Enemy and Cryptopsy.
