Le Cercueil, or The Coffin in English, is a bar in Brussels that started in 1974, following the release of the horror movie, “The Exorcist.” The atmosphere of the bar is dark, morbid and with a sense of black humor all around. Of course it is, one of their tables is a coffin with a skeleton inside. The whole pub is full of this kind of cheeky decor. It basically feels like it is Halloween every day at Le Cercueil. The music is in the hard rock genre. At least when I visited the place. Le Cercueil is in the very heart of Brussels, next to the Grand-Place, making also Le Cercueil a giant tourist attraction.
