Metal Magic Festival is a Danish heavy metal festival held in Fredericia, known for a line-up rooted in classic heavy metal and the broader underground (with regular crossover into thrash, black metal, and related extreme styles). The festival was first held in 2008, growing out of earlier metal concerts arranged in Fredericia, and it has since become an established annual summer event with multiple stages and on-site camping as part of the overall experience. In recent years it has taken place at Dronningepladsen in Fredericia and is marketed as one of the country’s key genre-focused festivals.
