Metal Park was an open-air hard rock and heavy metal festival held at Villa Ca’ Cornaro in Romano d’Ezzelino, in the province of Vicenza, Italy. The festival took place on 6 and 7 July 2024 and was created through a collaboration between AMA Music Festival and Metalitalia.com.
The 2024 edition combined a park setting with an international line-up covering classic hard rock, heavy metal, black metal, power metal, thrash metal and extreme metal. Bruce Dickinson headlined the first day while touring in support of his 2024 solo album “The Mandrake Project”, and Emperor headlined the second day. Other artists on the bill included The Darkness, Stratovarius, Michael Monroe, Rhapsody of Fire, Tygers of Pan Tang, Cavalera, Dark Tranquillity, Fleshgod Apocalypse and Moonspell.
Metal Park was intended as a new Italian metal festival, but no further editions followed after the 2024 event. The single edition remains a short-lived festival project with a broad hard rock and metal line-up in the Vicenza area.
