David Wayne’s grave is located at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Vancouver, Washington, USA. Wayne (born David Wayne Carnell) was the original vocalist of Metal Church and one of the defining voices of the band’s early years. He sang on the albums “Metal Church” and “The Dark”, and is known for songs such as “Beyond the Black”, “Watch the Children Pray”, and “Start the Fire”. He later worked with Reverend and his own band, Wayne.

Wayne died in 2005 at the age of 47 from complications linked to injuries sustained in an earlier car accident, and he was buried at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, where the grave is on their family plot.
