Kaliber Bar in Uppsala is a rock-focused hangout with a mini-museum vibe: hundreds of framed original concert photos by house photographer Evelina Szczesik (Ever Vision Art) line the walls—shots from Sweden Rock, Gefle Metal and arena shows sit alongside in-house gig prints. The room leans playful and old-school (think working music machine and an AC/DC pinball), while the back area doubles as “The Kaliber Room” for small events and live sets. The bar menu nods hard to heavy music with band-branded pours—Metallica Blackened, multiple Judas Priest and Rammstein/Scorpions bottles among the whiskies and rums. It also serves as the physical box office for Kaliber Live, the venue’s allied promoter arm, so pre/after-party traffic is common on show nights.
