The grave of Øystein Aarseth, better known as Euronymous from the black metal band Mayhem, can be found in Ski Kirkegård. In August 1993, he was murdered by fellow musician and former bandmate Varg Vikernes. In the same graveyard is Ski Middelalderkirke from 1150. The grave can be found on the right side of the entrance.
