Metalitalia.com Festival is an indoor metal festival held in Trezzo sull’Adda, near Milan, Italy. It takes place at the Live Club and is organised in collaboration with Metalitalia.com, MC² Live and the venue itself. The festival has developed into one of Italy’s more established dedicated metal events and is known for line-ups that combine international names with Italian bands.
The festival is traditionally staged over two main days in late September, with an additional warm-up event often held the evening before at Bloom in Mezzago. The thirteenth edition is scheduled for 26–27 September 2026 at the Live Club in Trezzo sull’Adda. Confirmed acts for the 2026 edition include Paradise Lost, Coroner, Amenra, Cynic, Fear Factory, Demolition Hammer, Novembre, 1914 and Sadist.
Metalitalia.com Festival covers a broad range of heavy styles, including doom metal, death metal, thrash metal, progressive metal and power metal, depending on the year’s programme. Earlier editions have featured bands such as Dark Tranquillity, Soen, Kanonenfieber, Equilibrium, Stratovarius, Rhapsody of Fire, Twilight Force, Vision Divine, Elvenking and Ancient Bards. Its long-term base at the Live Club has made it a recurring fixture on the Italian metal calendar.
