Progresja Music Zone is a concert venue and music organisation in Warsaw, Poland. Located at Fort Wola 22 in the Wola district, it developed from a smaller rock club founded in 2003 into one of Warsaw’s major venues for live music.

Progresja originally operated in the Bemowo district and became strongly associated with rock and metal concerts during its earlier years. In 2013, the venue moved to Fort Wola and reopened under the Progresja Music Zone name, with larger rooms and expanded production facilities.

The new venue opened on 21 December 2013 with Metalowa Wigilia, a metal event featuring Marduk, Grave, Vesania, Sceptic, Death Wolf, Azarath, Valkyrja, Saratan and Insidius. The opening showed how central heavy music had become to Progresja’s identity, even as the venue continued to book a wide range of other genres.

Progresja’s programme covers rock, metal, punk, pop, hip-hop, jazz, electronic music and other styles. Metal and hard rock remain regular parts of the calendar, with bands such as Monster Magnet, Amon Amarth, Biohazard, Vader, Blind Guardian, Helix, Amorphis, U.D.O., Opeth, British Lion and Nervosa having played the venue.

The indoor venue is centred on the Main Stage, a large standing concert hall with bars, backstage areas and professional production facilities. Earlier descriptions of the Fort Wola complex also mention the smaller Noise Stage, giving Progresja room for both larger touring acts and smaller concerts.

Progresja later expanded with Letnia Scena Progresji, an outdoor summer stage behind the main building. This gave the venue an open-air concert area in addition to its indoor rooms, further increasing its role as both a venue and promoter in Warsaw’s music scene.
