Grill ‘Em All is a metal-themed burger restaurant in Long Beach, California. The business began in 2009 as a food truck and quickly developed a cult following through its combination of oversized burgers, heavy metal references and an intentionally over-the-top identity.
Metal runs through the entire menu. Burgers carry names such as Behemoth, Immortal, Powerslave, Jump in the Fryer, Napalm Death and Cowboys from Hell, while the fries include names such as High on Fries and No More Mr. Nice Fries. Even the salads follow the theme, with options such as Jump in the Salad. The restaurant’s slogan, “Death to False Burgers”, sums up the concept.
The first permanent Grill ‘Em All restaurant opened in Alhambra after the success of the food truck. The business later relocated to Long Beach, bringing the same metal-focused menu and identity to its current home.
